Why choose Gtechniq G1 ClearVision Smart Glass?

Unlike standard rain-repellent coatings that rely on weaker physical bonds, G1 forms a chemical bond with the glass surface. This gives it outstanding durability and ensures minimal smearing, making it especially effective for windscreens.

It’s important to note that with glass coatings there’s always a balance between durability and maximum repellency. G1 is recommended for automotive windscreens, while for applications like shower screens or marine glass, where stronger repellency is preferred, Gtechniq G5 is the better choice.

Also keep in mind that G1 is designed specifically for glass and will not bond to modern headlight lenses made from polycarbonate. For those surfaces, Gtechniq G5 should be used.
